Weekly Newsletter 18th November

Good day everyone

We are all looking forward to the Gee Bee's THIS weekend, the 21st November. Remember, we sold out for Landslide, so if your wanting to let your hair down get your tickets quick!!

Also save the date of the 13th of December as we will be holding our Kids Christmas Party on this day, we will have some fun events lined up and The Ulysses Club of NZ Inc. for older motorcyclists, one of the largest organizations of its kind in New Zealand, is now a familiar part of this country’s riding scene, will be on hand to give the kids a ride on their bikes.

We have the Ohope Chartered Club Connoisseurs Gin Tasting evening next week, some fantastic Gins and Tonics to be sampled, Wedensday the 25th. More info further down in this newsletter.

On a personal note Donna & I would like to say a huge 'THANK YOU' to everyone who has welcomed us in to your Club this year. Its been an exciting rollercoaster of a year, but as it draws to an end and with summer just around the corner, we feel so humbled and lucky to have made so many new friends, been shown such kindness and support as we have navigated through 2020.
Although our tenure has been short lived, we have many great memories, and look forward to sharing these with you with a light refreshment over the summer.

I know that I am leaving the management and running of the Club in good hands as I hand over to Grant, and with a strong and focused committee, who I know have the skills and passion to see your Club grow and prosper.

The last few days I have spent with Grant has been very rewarding in the knowledge that there is strong leadership and direction coming into the Summer months. I wish Grant and all the team all the very best.

The team and I are looking forward to seeing you in the Club over the coming days.
